Days Like Today

Ever have a day when things are stressful, and complicated, and you are stupid? I'm having one today, and haven't a clue why. I was out at lunch and in my car yelling "YOU ARE SO STUPID, YOU ARE SO STUPID". Not sure what that was about but I did catch myself, and asked myself "self, why are you so irrational today"? Anyway, I don't have any answers, just this horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach. I'm trusting God to change it. To make it different. To put me right again. That's all I can do!
